At Meller, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
